Direct Global Genetics guarantees the privacy of its clients and users of its website. Personal data of users are therefore treated with the greatest possible care. Direct Global Genetics complies in all cases with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Data that you provide by, for example, mentioning it in correspondence with our office and in a telephone conversation.

What do we need your data for? 

Direct Global Genetics processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To be able to call you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services

What do we do with your data? 

Direct Global Genetics only collects personal data that has been expressly and voluntarily provided by you and this data will therefore only be used for the purpose for which you have provided this data.

How long do we keep your data? 

Direct Global Genetics does not store your (personal) data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We keep this data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which you provided the data. The statutory retention period and the retention obligation from the profession oblige us to keep your data. Exactly how long that is varies. Our retention period(s) are as follows: Administrative and financial data (including personal data): seven years from the moment of recording.

How do we use cookies? 

Direct Global Genetics only uses technical and functional cookies and analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. You can refuse the use of cookies by changing the appropriate settings in your browser. In addition, you can also delete all information previously stored via the settings of your browser. However, we would like to point out that in that case you may not be able to use all the features of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of the information by Direct Global Genetics as well as Google.

How can you view, modify or delete your data? 

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@dggenetics.com or by post. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. We hereby ask you to blacken your passport photo and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. Direct Global Genetics will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. 

How is your data secured?

Direct Global Genetics takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
